At Jewelya, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos of the issue

  • Brief explanation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
